Every source is inventoried
Files, dates and owners remain tied to the answer they support.
Founder-led evidence-preparation practice
Civitas turns one buyer request and your existing evidence into a source-cited response pack, an explicit gap register and a customer-confirmation record.
The trigger
A buyer asks about security controls, model providers, data flows, subprocessors or incident handling. The answer is spread across policies, exports, prior questionnaires and people’s memory. Civitas makes the support—and the uncertainty—inspectable before your team replies.
What changes
Files, dates and owners remain tied to the answer they support.
Partial, stale, contradictory, assertion-only and unsupported findings are not rounded up to “yes”.
Automation helps retrieve and organise. A human reviews material answers; the customer confirms the facts.
The delivered archive records scope, limitations, confirmations and integrity checks.
The supplied configuration records TLS 1.2 as the minimum and TLS 1.3 enabled.
